What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to help individuals access their subconscious mind, where thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are deeply rooted. In a hypnotherapy session, I guide my client into a relaxed, focused state—often referred to as a trance state—where the mind is more open to suggestions and insights. While in this trance state, individuals can explore issues such as negative beliefs, habits, or emotional patterns that may be affecting their mental and physical well-being.
During a hypnotherapy session, I utilise a variety of techniques like as guided imagery, positive affirmations, and direct suggestions and recommendations to help to examine the underlying reasons of my client’s concern and create powerful, positive changes in their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are contributing to the problem.

Hello, my name is Zsuzsanna, I am a Paul McKenna and Mindvalley certified hypnotherapist based in London, accredited by the International Alliance of Professional Complementary Practitioners (IAPCP). My journey into hypnotherapy began with a deep fascination for the human mind and desire to understand why we think and behave in certain ways.
Throughout my life, I have encountered various challenges that led me on a quest for answers. I explored self-help books and motivational videos in my search for relief from feelings of depression, feeling stuck, unmotivated and hopeless. Although traditional therapy provided me some support, my true breakthrough came when I discovered Paul McKenna’s hypnotic audios. Whitin days of listening, I experienced a profound transformation-becoming stress-free, positive, motivated, and finding much more joy in life.
