Payment Policies

All hypnotherapy sessions must be prepaid at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are processed securely, and booking confirmation will be provided once payment has been received.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client.

    Refund Policy

    • If a session is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice, clients may reschedule at no additional charge.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
    • If you need to cancel a prepaid session, please contact me directly, and I will work with you to find a suitable solution based on individual circumstances.

    No-Show Policy

    Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the session fee.
